The dress code will be cocktail attire. The wedding party will be in a shade of emerald with gold accents. The ceremony and reception will be indoors, however, weather allowing, the venue's patio will also be accessible.
What is the weather like in the area?
Spring in Taneytown, specifically in May, is typically in the mid 70°Fs during the peak hours of the day, and mid 50°Fs through the night.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
There will be a vegetarian option served. If you have any additional allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know. We will make sure our caterer provides an option for you.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes, there will be an open bar during cocktail hour and reception.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Unfortunately, due to space limitations, we simply can't afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Plus ones will be specifically indicated on the formal invitations.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
Similar to plus ones, we simply can't afford for all of our lovely guests to bring their wonderful children. Please refer to your formal invitations as invited children will be listed there.
When will RSVPs be sent out and when are they due?
RSVP's have been sent out! Guests have until April 6, 2024 to respond.
Travel
Where is the nearest airport?
The Hagerstown Airport is about 50 minutes away from Gettyburg, where we suggest guests stay. Baltimore/Washington International Airport is about 1 hour and 20 minutes away from Gettyburg.
Is transport provided to the venue?
Round-trip transportation is provided from the Wyndham Gettysburg to the Tannery Barn. Those who would like to drive themselves will park at a parking lot about a mile away where a shuttle will be there to bring guests to and from the venue.
